The following Terms and Conditions govern all Audi transmission repair, rebuild, replacement, diagnostic, fluid change, and inspection services provided by 800Sayara through auditransmissionrepair.ae across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.

Definitions
The following 6 definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions.
- “800Sayara” refers to the certified Audi transmission repair business operating at auditransmissionrepair.ae and workshop locations across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
- “Customer” refers to any individual or corporate entity that books, authorizes, or receives an Audi transmission service at any 800Sayara workshop location.
- “Service” refers to any Audi transmission repair, rebuild, replacement, diagnostic, fluid change, or inspection performed by 800Sayara technicians.
- “Vehicle” refers to the Audi model submitted by the customer for transmission service at any 800Sayara workshop location.
- “Diagnostic Report” refers to the written fault assessment issued by 800Sayara to the customer before any repair work is authorized.
- “Warranty Period” refers to the 12-month or 24-month coverage period applicable to completed transmission repairs and replacements, respectively.
Acceptance of Terms
Use of auditransmissionrepair.ae, submission of a service booking request, or delivery of a vehicle to any 800Sayara workshop location in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Customers who do not accept these Terms and Conditions are directed to contact 800Sayara at info@auditransmissionrepair.ae before submitting a booking or delivering a vehicle.
Services Provided
800Sayara provides 6 categories of Audi transmission services across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
- Audi Transmission Repair — Component-level diagnosis and rectification of mechatronic unit faults, valve body failure, solenoid pack malfunction, and torque converter damage across all Audi transmission types.
- Audi Transmission Rebuild — Complete disassembly, inspection, OEM-grade component replacement, reassembly to Audi AG factory torque specifications, and post-rebuild road test validation.
- Audi Transmission Replacement — Supply and installation of remanufactured OEM units or new OEM-equivalent assemblies, including TCU software calibration and programming.
- Audi Transmission Diagnostics — Full fault code extraction using VCDS, Autel MaxiSYS, and OBD-II scan tools, covering the TCU, mechatronic unit, clutch actuators, and DSG solenoid packs.
- Audi Transmission Fluid Change — Full drain and refill using Audi-approved ATF fluids, filter replacement where applicable, and post-service leak and pressure check.
- Audi Transmission Inspection — 12-point inspection covering fluid condition, mechatronic operation, solenoid response, clutch engagement, valve body pressure, TCU fault memory, and cooling circuit function.
All services are performed by technicians holding Audi drivetrain and gearbox certifications at 800Sayara workshop locations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
Booking and Service Authorization
4.1 Booking Process
Service bookings are accepted through 3 channels: the auditransmissionrepair.ae online booking form, WhatsApp at +971 80 072 9272, and direct telephone at +971 52 731 8779. A booking confirmation is issued to the customer via WhatsApp or email within 2 hours of submission during operating hours.
Diagnostic Authorization
800Sayara performs a full transmission diagnostic before initiating any repair, rebuild, or replacement work. A written Diagnostic Report is issued to the customer detailing fault codes, affected components, recommended repair action, and fixed price confirmation. No repair work begins without written customer authorization of the Diagnostic Report.
Repair Authorization
The customer authorizes repair work by confirming acceptance of the Diagnostic Report in writing via WhatsApp, email, or a signed workshop authorization form. Verbal authorization is not accepted as a basis for commencing repair work.
Estimated Completion Time
800Sayara provides a written estimated completion time at the point of repair authorization. Estimated completion times cover 3 standard service durations: same-day for diagnostics and fluid changes, 1 to 2 working days for mechatronic unit repair and solenoid replacement, and 3 to 5 working days for full transmission rebuilds. Completion times are estimates. Delays caused by parts availability, shipping, or unforeseen component damage identified during disassembly are communicated to the customer within 24 hours of identification.
Pricing and Payment
Fixed Pricing
All Audi transmission services are priced on a fixed-rate basis. The price confirmed in the written Diagnostic Report is the final invoiced amount. No supplementary charges apply for diagnostic equipment usage, VCDS software access, TCU programming, post-repair road testing, or workshop consumables across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah service locations.
Price Inclusions
Every 800Sayara service price includes 4 components: diagnostic assessment, all specified labor, OEM-grade components identified in the Diagnostic Report, and post-service quality testing. VAT at the applicable UAE rate is applied to all invoices in accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon vehicle collection. 800Sayara accepts payment by cash, bank transfer, and major credit and debit cards. Vehicles are released from the workshop upon confirmation of full payment. 800Sayara does not release vehicles against partial payment or deferred payment arrangements unless agreed in writing before repair authorization.
Additional Faults Identified During Repair
If additional transmission faults are identified during disassembly or repair that were not detectable during the initial diagnostic phase, 800Sayara issues a supplementary written quotation to the customer before proceeding. Work on additional faults begins only after written customer authorization is received.
Warranty Terms
Repair Warranty
All Audi transmission repairs completed by 800Sayara carry a 12-month parts and labor warranty covering manufacturing defects, premature component failure, and artistry faults under normal UAE operating conditions. The warranty period begins on the date of vehicle collection.
Replacement Warranty
Audi transmission replacements carry a 24-month parts and labor warranty covering manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal UAE operating conditions. The warranty period begins on the date of vehicle collection.
Warranty Claims Process
Warranty claims are submitted to 800Sayara by contacting info@auditransmissionrepair.ae or calling +971 52 731 8779. 800Sayara assesses and resolves all warranty claims at the nearest service location in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah within 48 hours of claim submission. The customer is required to present the original warranty certificate and proof of vehicle collection at the time of claim submission.
Warranty Exclusions
The 800Sayara warranty does not cover 6 categories of damage or failure.
- Damage caused by vehicle accidents, flood, fire, or external physical impact after vehicle collection.
- Failure resulting from unauthorized modification of the transmission system or TCU software after vehicle collection.
- Damage caused by continued vehicle operation after a transmission warning light or fault is displayed on the instrument cluster.
- Failure resulting from the use of non-Audi-approved transmission fluids after vehicle collection.
- Normal wear components, including transmission fluid, filters, and external seals, are beyond the initial service period.
- Damage caused by engine or drivetrain faults external to the transmission system that were present at the time of vehicle delivery and disclosed in the Diagnostic Report.
Vehicle Collection and Storage
H3 Vehicle Collection
Customers are notified of vehicle readiness via WhatsApp or telephone upon completion of service and quality testing. Vehicles are available for collection during workshop operating hours across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah locations.
Uncollected Vehicles
Vehicles not collected within 7 calendar days of the collection notification attract a storage charge of AED 50 per day from the 8th calendar day onward. 800Sayara notifies the customer in writing before storage charges begin. Vehicles not collected within 60 calendar days of collection notification are subject to UAE statutory provisions governing unclaimed property.
Collection and Delivery Service
800Sayara provides vehicle collection and delivery within a 15 km radius of each workshop location in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. Collection and delivery scheduling is confirmed at the time of booking. Collection and delivery are subject to technician availability and are provided at no additional charge within the stated radius.
Customer Obligations
Customers submitting a vehicle to 800Sayara for Audi transmission service accept 4 obligations.
- Accurate vehicle information: The customer provides accurate vehicle make, model, year, mileage, transmission type, and fault description at the time of booking. Inaccurate information that affects diagnostic accuracy or parts sourcing is the responsibility of the customer.
- Pre-existing damage disclosure: The customer discloses all known pre-existing damage, modifications, or non-standard components fitted to the vehicle before workshop intake. 800Sayara records the vehicle’s external condition at intake using photographic documentation.
- Timely authorization response: The customer responds to Diagnostic Report communications and repair authorization requests within 48 hours of issue. Delays in authorization that extend the vehicle’s workshop stay beyond the estimated completion time are the customer’s responsibility.
- Timely vehicle collection: The customer collects the vehicle within 7 calendar days of collection notification to avoid storage charges.
Limitation of Liability
H3 Service Liability
800Sayara’s liability for any Audi transmission service is limited to the value of the service invoiced. 800Sayara is not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, or consequential damages arising from transmission failure or service delays.
Pre-Existing Vehicle Condition
800Sayara is not liable for faults, damage, or failures in vehicle systems external to the transmission assembly that are identified during or after service. Pre-existing faults identified during diagnostics are disclosed to the customer in the written Diagnostic Report.
Force Majeure
800Sayara is not liable for delays in service completion caused by events outside its reasonable control, including parts supply chain disruptions, import restrictions, extreme weather events, or UAE government directives affecting workshop operations.
Intellectual Property
All content published on auditransmissionrepair.ae, including service descriptions, diagnostic procedures, technical specifications, pricing structures, and customer reviews, is the intellectual property of 800Sayara. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content from auditransmissionrepair.ae without prior written authorization from 800Sayara is prohibited under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Neighboring Rights.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, including UAE Federal Law No. 1 of 1987 (Civil Transactions Law) and UAE Consumer Protection Law Federal Decree-Law No. 5 of 2023.
Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from Audi transmission services provided by 800Sayara are resolved through 2 stages. The customer contacts 800Sayara at info@auditransmissionrepair.ae to submit a formal complaint. 800Sayara responds within 5 business days with a written resolution proposal. If the dispute is not resolved within 15 business days of the initial complaint submission, either party may refer the matter to the UAE Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department or the relevant emirate-level consumer protection authority in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
800Sayara updates these Terms and Conditions when changes occur in service offerings, pricing structures, warranty terms, or applicable UAE law. The effective date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update. Customers who have provided contact information are notified of material changes via WhatsApp or email before the changes take effect. Continued use of auditransmissionrepair.ae or submission of a service booking following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
